SCENAR never ceases to amaze – clients commonly refer to its effects as ‘miraculous’.

Self-Controlled Energo Neuro Adaptive Regulation is one of the most advanced pain relief technologies available. It was originally developed in the late 1970s by doctors and medical scientists in the former USSR, for use in manned space craft, its purpose being to enable the treatment of astronauts in the absence of pharmaceuticals.

It uses a handheld device to deliver non-invasive electro-stimulation of the nervous system through the nerve endings in the skin, enabling the body to tap into its own internal pharmacy. Throughout the duration of a treatment there is a constant dialogue between the device and the client’s own system – a remarkable example of biofeedback in action.


Conditions that commonly respond include:

  • Neck, shoulder and lower back pain
